Eat the Elephant!

'Eat the Elephant!' is an improvised children's story with live music and live illustrations.

Stories are created from audience ideas, so every show is completely unique.

Some of our favorite bits have been a high-speed owl chase, a lion's mane dance and two main characters called Jeff!

Our Story

'Eat the Elephant!' started when a group of creative folk wanted to create a unique and interactive experience for children (and their adults.)

We wanted to make a show which combined all the best bits of a children's book - magical illustrations, exciting music, catchy songs and of course crazy story lines and brilliant characters.

We also wanted the audience to help us make the story, by giving us ideas for the characters and the plot, and joining in to help us create the story.

Our show is also a fun way to inspire our audience to embrace literacy and creative writing. Seeing their ideas on stage and being a part of the drama encourages them to explore their own creativity and imagination.
